Requesting Access to Piermark Drive DC

The Voyager NOC is on-site at the Piermark Drive Data Centre and staffed office hours are currently between 8:30am to 5pm (Moving to 8am to 6pm in the New Year) Monday to Friday. Please see information below on how to request access to the data centre.

Dedicated Lockable Cabinet – Unescorted Access

If you have your own lockable cabinet and have been provided with swipe key access, then you may visit the data centre unescorted, 24/7. You do not need to notify us of your visit unless you require networking or connectivity changes which should be pre-arranged.

Co-location / Shared Cabinet - Escorted Access

If you have co-location or shared rack space under half a cabinet in size then your access to the data centre is always escorted by a member of staff.

If you require access to perform planned maintenance or hardware changes, to validate access and ensure staff availability for the selected time of your visit, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing 

Please provide:

  • Account / Company Name
  • Voyager account number
  • Names of person(s) attending
  • Preferred date and time of visit 

We will confirm your request within 4 hours during office hours.

For faults or emergency hardware replacement where a visit cannot be planned, please follow the emergency access procedure below.

Emergency Data Centre Access (within office hours or after-hours)

We recognise that whether you have unescorted or escorted access, there are times when you might need our help or require emergency access to the data centre. In this case, follow the following procedure to arrange access.

Call 09 280 4135, select Option 4 for data centre.

A member of the NOC or an on-call Engineer will arrange access with you.

Please note, that an after-hours rate of $250 + GST per hour will apply, minimum of one hour except between Midnight and 6 AM where a two hour minimum applies.
