Moving Premises

When moving to new premises, we need to do a few checks to make sure we can offer you service, and advise you of the fastest connection option we can offer.

NOTE: Please make sure you contact us at least 10 working days prior to your move. If you are moving into a premises that had an existing service, then please try to make sure the owner of this service has arranged to disconnect or move it away. If this is not attended to and if the service doesn't belong to you, then there can be delays in getting your connection established.

  1. Go to voyager.nz/move
  2. Complete the Move Premises Form (Your Voyager account information can be located on your invoice)
  3. Click → 'Submit Form'
  4. We will then review and gather all the information required for moving your services to the new address and contact you to confirm what can be arranged
  5. If you have any questions or need an update, please don't hesitate to contact our support with your account information on 0800 477 333 (8am to 10pm, 7 days a week)
