Moving Premises

When moving to new premises, we need to do a few checks to make sure we can offer you service, and advise you of the fastest connection option we can offer.

We're working on some improvements to this in our systems -- but in the interim, the best way to do this is to:

  1. Select the product you want to sign up to
  2. Search for your address
  3. Click 'Sign up' and follow the wizard to enter the required details
  4. In the Order notes field, please enter:
    • MOVE ADDRESS - ACCOUNT NUMBER: ___________
  5. You can also advise us which day you want your service activated at the new premises, and we'll do our best to accommodate this - keeping you informed along the way.
